The Beach House

The Beach House is a unique property with stunning views of the sea and the sand from its superb location on Porth Kidney Beach in the beautiful St Ives Bay. 

Formerly the studio of artist John Miller, (1931-2002), one of Cornwall’s most successful and best loved artists.  The property is where he painted many of his well-known seascapes including the album cover of Chris Rea’s ‘King of the Beach’.


Located in the quiet village of Lelant,St. Ives,  where Rosamunde Pilcher, the author of the Shell Seekers  was born. 


The  Beach House is positioned on the South West Coastal Route between the West Cornwall Golf Course, St Uny Church and the RSPB reserve of the Hayle Estuary.
