Road

From the A30 roundabout before St Erth, take the A3074 towards St Ives.  Go straight over 2 small roundabouts and up Abbey Hill into Lelant village.  After a few minutes Abbey Hill becomes Fore Street with the Lelant Village Hall on the right. At the Badger Inn which is on your right the A3074 turns sharp left, turn off the A3074 at this point by going straight over into Church road and continue on till you reach St Uny Church. Park outside of St Uny Church.

With Sat Nav the postcode TR26 3DZ will take you just past St Uny Church.

Take the footpath (South West Coastal Route), which starts to the left of the church gate, when you reach the golf course head down the narrow sand footpath over the golf course towards the beach and down to the house. You will pass under a railway bridge and the Bungalow and the Beach House are on your right.

Knock on the door of the Bungalow to get the keys for the Beach House, which is next door.

The Footpath is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Access is via a narrow walking track or 300 meters along the beach.

By Train

First Great Western from London Paddington to St.Erth which is approx 5hrs. At St.Erth (approx 2 miles away) change for the St. Ives bay line to Lelant station which is two stops. Lelant station is a 15min walk from the beach house.

Bus

Buses to Penzance, Truro and St. Ives leave from outside the Badger Inn, Lelant which is a 10 minute walk away.
